- The audio track is an Automatic, Unconscious Learning (AUL) experience, designed to be heard once a day for a month. It lasts 20 minutes and is deeply relaxing. Many people listen to it to help them nod off to sleep as it continues to work beautifully as you dream away.
- Because we learn more easily while in a deep state of relaxation, the ideal learning state, the brain is encouraged to relax by following the specifically designed musical frequencies embedded in the track. This is called brain entrainment.
- Full instructions are included, along with tips and suggestions.
- We also teach you the technique of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and how you can apply it specifically to help lower your stress levels and to greatly enhance and accelerate the process of learning and change.
- We give you invaluable top tips and advice about how to achieve your goal, as well as pointing out the mistakes most people make that contribute to the problem.

20 years ago we worked a 9.00-5.00 day; people took lunch breaks and had job security. Now we work the longest hours in Europe, jobs are never for life and most families have two working parents.
We all need a certain amount of stress. We'd never get anything done if we didn't have deadlines, obligations, responsibilities or compelling reasons and consequences. Our bodies are designed with a stress response to inform us of impending danger and to react appropriately. For example, if a wild animal were about to attack us, we would feel compelled either to run away or to stay and fight. Without a stress mechanism we might instead absent mindedly wonder what's going to happen next!
Without it you can be sure that the Human species would have died out long ago.
There is however a problem for us in this modern age. Though mostly we have little trouble from wild animals, we nevertheless react to situations around us as if they are life and death. Even this on its own would probably be OK if we had time in between to relax and to return to a peaceful and calm state. But we don't give ourselves that time. We rush around trying to get everything done, to fit things in, and we rarely give ourselves the necessary time for our bodies to return to normal. In other words we're continually ready for fight or flight, with elevated levels of the stress hormones, adrenaline and cortisol. When do we experience stress relief? When do we just stop and let those hormones dissipate? When do we really relax and let go?
Our bodies are a miracle of engineering. Our autonomic nervous system takes care of all the workings of the body, automatically, so you don't have to give it any thought. There are two complementary parts. One is the parasympathetic system which busies itself conserving and restoring energy, controlling your heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, absorption of nutrients and excretion of waste products.
The sympathetic system, on the other hand, enables the body to be prepared for flight or fight by increasing heart rate and blood pressure, by diverting blood flow from the skin to skeletal muscle instead, preparing you for running. It's also responsible for increased pupil size, dilation of bronchial tubes in readiness for faster breathing and getting oxygen to those muscles. It also induces metabolic changes such as using fat and glycogen for energy.
The bad news is that your body can't do both jobs effectively at once, and under normal circumstances it wouldn't even have to try. Unfortunately that's exactly what you're asking of it, when you stay in a constant state of stress. No wonder you've noticed some discomfort.
By staying permanently wound up, several mechanisms wind down, for example, circulation to your extremities leaving you with cold hands and feet, and your lymphatic system slows, leaving you with a build-up of toxins. That in turn causes headaches, migraines, fatigue, a loss of concentration and poor sleep. Your digestion becomes erratic, causing indigestion, heartburn, nausea, constipation and cravings for sweet things. You might feel under pressure, easily upset or angered. You might find yourself smoking or drinking more than usual and just not coping with stress. Some people talk incessantly or lose their sex drive. Maybe you're one of those who's lost their sense of fun or one of the many people taking time off work.
Most stressed people feel they're trapped and have no choice but to continue as they are, but that's never, ever truly the case and sometimes we need to take time out, get things back in perspective and work out some options.
