One-to-one sessions, the first being two hours, includes time to explore the background to the problem as well as to begin the process. Subsequently, one hour sessions complete the programme. These may be weekly or set further apart depending on your needs and resources.

In this way, you receive individual attention and tailor made resources and tools to be able to deal with those problems yourself in future.
In each session, by talking and answering questions, you the client, will describe the challenge you want to overcome. Henley Hypnotherapy will encourage you to give feedback between sessions which will form part of the information used. Also, in each session, you will be led, through NLP, EFT, Cognitive (Behavioural) Therapy, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy for example, to develop an alternative approach to your problem which gives you more freedom and power so the problem goes away.
