How to use the programmes


1. Listen to the audio for 20 minutes a day (using earphones.) We recommended that you put aside some special time to listen to it. It will encourage you to relax and you may fall asleep. Some people like to use it to help them drop off to sleep at night. We list the affirmations you will be listening to in the written download so you will be completely confident in our product and in your progress.

2. Do the optional thinking exercises to reinforce the audio. (We recommend you do both.)
