Henley Hypnotherapy is based in Henley on Thames near London - it's easy to get to by car or train. There's plenty of parking and it's only 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Henley is a beautiful part of the country

You can visit us for one-to one sessions in Henley or alternatively, you can stay in the comfort of your own home and still receive our help.
If you want help at home you can either use our self-help downloadable programmes or enjoy our live, on-line, one-to-one help. If you have Skype video facilities distance is no problem.
We also provide companies with one-to-one personal sessions and also group workshops, in for example, Stress Management, Positive Thinking and Stopping Smoking.

Dr Keith Hearne, BSc, MSc, PhD at the well-established European College of Hypnotherapy, an organisation within the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council

Trevor Silvester, of the renowned Quest Institute, Regent's College London, an organisation within the National College of Hypnotherapy.
She holds a Hypnotherapy Practice Diploma, and further diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Past Life Therapy and Spirit Release Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is NCH registered and is an NHS Independent Provider (Code 8HF46)

Learning Skills, Skin Conditions, Digestive Disorders, Depression and Relationships, Sexual Issues are all specialisms and of particular interest. A former teacher, her understanding and her inspiring personality also helps children conquer their fears and achieve their goals.
Lysette has enjoyed many Landmark Corporation courses including extensive courses on Relationships, Intimacy and Effectiveness and Tony Robbins Courses including Life Mastery in Fiji and Date with Destiny in Brisbane and has studied EFT and Life Coaching.
She has also had the benefit of having trained with Dr John Demartini, Byron Katie, Dr Topher Morrison, Tony and Nicki Vee, Bob Proctor, Roger Hamilton and Christopher Howard.
Her background as a teacher, and her experience of Coaching, NLP and EFT means she brings a rich collection of resources to her clients, together with a strongly professional approach.
