CDs
We seek to send out goods by return where possible, so you can hope to receive your Sounds Positive product within a few days. Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. We will not pass on or sell your personal details. We will only disclose information to third parties if requred to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order.

We have chosen WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland) as a reliable and secure payment processor. Their payment pages are located on a secure server which encrypts communications across the Internet (such as you sending your payment card details) using industry-standard SSL technology. This makes it extremely difficult to read even if it is illegally intercepted.

For more information about WorldPay please visit https://support.worldpay.com/shopper/ and look for their privacy and security statements.

Cookies

A cookie is a text-only string of information that a website transfers to the cookie file of the browser on your computer's hard disk so that the website can remember who you are.

A cookie will typically contain the name of the domain from which the cookie has come, the "lifetime" of the cookie, and a value, usually a randomly generated unique number.

When you visit our website we send you a cookie which helps us recognise you as a unique visitor (just a number) when you use the shopping pages.

Only one type of cookie is used on this website. This is a first-party session cookie, which is a temporary cookie that remains in the cookie file of your browser until you leave the site or shut the browser down.
