Use of our website and programmes constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Refunds and cancellations

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (no. 2334):

Downloads
Once you have made your payment and are therefore able to download the programmes, you forfeit the right to cancel the contract, i.e. the order.

CDs
In the case of purchasing a CD, the consumer has a 7 day ‘cooling off period’ during which he has the right to cancel, in writing, the contract to buy. On cancellation of the contract, the consumer is under a duty to restore the goods to the supplier (Sounds Positive) and in the meantime take reasonable care of them. That is to say that they are returned still sealed and in condition good enough to be resold as new.

(a) All reasonable care has been taken with the information presented, however, Sounds Positive Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

(b) While we are committed to providing the best service we can, this website and programmes are provided for information only and common sense should be exercised in their use. No medical benefits are either claimed or implied. They are not a substitution for diagnosis and medical advice and care from a qualified healthcare professional. Sounds Positive makes no guarantee that any particular system will be compatible with its programmes. It is solely your responsibility to check that your device will function properly with the programme.

The laws of England and Wales shall govern any dispute arising from these terms and conditions.
