What is Male Impotence?

Male Impotence is often called erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to achieve or to maintain a sufficient erection to achieve sexual satisfaction for yourself and your partner. It’s a common problem which affects at least one in every 10 men (2.3 million of men in the UK for example) and probably much closer to 9 out of 10 suffering from it at some point in their lives. Unfortunately, only 10% of men seek a solution.

An erection is defined as the enlargement and stiffening of the penis resulting from a complex process of changes within the muscles, nerves and blood vessels within it.

It is a response to sexual stimulation of the 5 senses i.e. touch, sight, sound, smell, taste but above all, your thoughts.

Unfortunately most men with erection problems don’t seek help and so the problem just gets worse as they worry more and more about it.

"My girlfriend says she can’t believe her luck! Luck? I don’t think so! Sexual Confidence for Men more like! But I’m going to let her think I’ve always been a stud!" C.F.
